Striving to make it easy for someone to report a near-miss, safety observation, incident and more is a non-negotiable for our team and a commitment we make to our customers.
After a lot of research, our dedicated design team has arrived at what we can say is one of the most exciting updates to our platform: the next-generation Page design.
The new Page design is coming soon to all ecoPortal Pages as we look to bring these changes to life in the web-app! Some of what you'll see will look familiar, as we've already debuted this design in our Public Links and Public Forms releases, and you'll be given the option to Opt In, so you can dip your toes before it becomes a permanent change.
To get you on page with what's coming, we've pulled together this highlights reel:

The goal is to make it as easy and efficient as possible to enter, find, interpret, and interact with information on a Page! Discover what you'll be able to achieve with our new Page design in this article.
As you can see, there's a lot to get excited about and soon you'll be given the opportunity to experience the new Page design first-hand!
To start, we'll be rolling an Opt-In banner out–giving you, and everyone in your organisation, the chance to dip your toes and try out the new design before it becomes a permanent change.
This will be a staggered release, and customers can expect to receive an email notification at least one week prior to the opt-in banner appearing on supported Pages on their live ecoPortal sites.
To opt in, you'll be able to simply switch the toggle on to see and use the new Page design in View Mode and Edit Mode. You’ll be able to switch back to the legacy Page design during the Opt-In phase as well.
We encourage you to share the 1-minute highlights reel video with your teams! Or, for more in-depth information about the Opt-In banner and new Page design, check out our Release Notes.
I’m incredibly proud of what this release brings to the ecoPortal platform. For Pages, it sets a solid foundation upon which we're already building one to deliver even more value and innovation.
The future of Pages is looking bright! Among other things, it will include the ability to save Pages as drafts, edit due dates on Page tasks, and request access to a Page (or Stage of a Page) in just a few clicks!
We'll be sharing more of that in due course, but for now, enjoy getting to know your new Page experience! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
