Curate a seamless check-in experience for every type of visitor

Check-in doesn’t need to be a hassle for your guests. Set up the Visitor Types you want to keep track of (be it a visitor, contractor, merchandiser, customer, or landlord), and curate a check-in experience that’s just right for them. You’ll save their time and yours, without compromising on safety–delighting your guests, while automatically alerting hosts of their arrival. 

Add your colours, branding, and custom imagery to make it your own. If you need to, add extra information, such as terms and conditions or your site map, for guests to acknowledge. 

1.Data visitor log

Collect all relevant data in your Visitor Log

Receive all the information that you need to maintain an accurate record of who is and has been at your site or office at any given time. Administrators can check in and out on behalf of others, and export their visitor log if need be.

Turn the data you collect - such as time on site, visitor types, and visits by location - into easily-digestible charts and dashboards that can be used to make informed decisions, or in reports to other stakeholders. 

3.Resrtict sign-in

Add sign-in restrictions for your visitor types

Configure separate workflows for every kind of guest that comes through your doors. Restrict successful sign-ins to those who meet the criteria you set. Ideal for contractors or merdandisers, this allows you to automatically tick the necessary boxes i.e. induction is up-to-date, insurances are valid, and licences and/or certifications haven’t expired. Notifications and instructions can be set for any person denied entry so any issues that arise can be resolved quickly.

Create interactive inductions for your site, project or workplace and have people complete them in ecoPortal. Maximise engagement using a mix of content (including text, images, videos and files), and ask questions to confirm understanding.

 

Integrate with Visitor Management to check the induction status of your visitors that require an induction, such as contractors and merchandisers. Specify the score that must be met for safe site entry and rest assured that they’re across the latest site-specific safety information.

Contractor Management

Link your Visitor Management and Contractor Management module for even greater peace of mind. Conduct your contractor pre-qualification process, store necessary certifications and licences, and set reminders for when they expire so you can keep on top of their safety.

 

Set contractor requirements so that only approved contractors from your Contractor Manager can enter your site. When contractors sign in at the front desk, the system will run automatic checks to ensure everything is up to date. If any requirements aren’t met, they’ll receive a customisable ‘Access Denied’ message, to which you can add information that will help them resolve any issues.
