Coming from a registered nursing background, Michelle has worked in injury, safety and wellbeing management for over 2 decades. Michelle has worked internationally in locations such as PNG and Turkey. Her industry experience spans civil manufacturing, construction, mining, and most recently, retail.
Michelle has extensive experience in working for Accredited Employers and was chairperson of the NZ Accredited Employer Association for several years. Having lead Foodstuffs through the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelle has recently branched out as a consultant, working with large and small businesses to improve safety systems, culture and their approach to risk management.

Sarah Hills-Livingstone
General Manager | WorkAon
As WorkAon’s General Manager, Sarah Hills-Livingstone leads a nationwide team of over 85 staff, supporting their clients to improve the health, safety and rehabilitation experience of all stakeholders.
